With 41 mod files that's impossible to tell. You have to try with ProMods only enabled and then add mod after mod until you find the problematic one.

No you just didn't posted the log after a crash. You closed the game yourself.
You need to post the log right after the game has crashed.

No, that's not possible. If you want to use ProMods 2.68 you have to downgrade to ETS2 1.49
