Did you try Náchod map addon to ProMods by Maxest? In next update he add Hradec Králové and Liberec. I recommend this addon very much!

Yes it's caused by Realistic Russian Highways mod. It's because in Russia, speed limit tolerance is 19 km/h. So for example in city is speed limit 60 km/h but you can go 79 km/h without fine. But you cannot go 80 km/h and more.

Zdravím, jsem tu nový a tak nevím, jak to tady chodí. Každopádně jsem to tady prošel a to jsem hledal, jsem nenaše. Mám ETS 2, všechny DLC, verze 1.31 a sháním mod na roční období. Byl mod Changing Seasons, ale ten v 1.31 nefunguje. Poradíte mi prosím, jaký mod by se dal použít? Předem moc děkuji. ...

No ja mám práveže všetky DLC, ale nie v originálnej hre ale v stiahnutej z torrentov. Tak že či to je problém. A te log hodím až ked budem doma

Pokud používáš ProMods na cracknuté hře, tak je problém vyřešen. ProMods funguje pouze na originální koupené hře.
