loading up promods and it's loading but task mngr says ets 2 is not responding how do i fix this

Update followed your instructions and tested all the files and everything passed except the one 7zip file which i'll post the error and file

i already made this post in "non promods" but upon looking again i see that, that is not the right part of the forum to post it in some im posting again in this part of the forum basically i downloaded all the parts of promods and i get and error opening part 1 which you need to fully inst...

need help the part one of pro mods won't open i get an error and i really don't know so if anyone knows i'd be appreciative
