Trying Rudi's rush hour now, and it seems that all cars except trucks going faster than speed limit, and the trucks going faster too, even not always at speed limit. But yes, it is better.

@Charlessabuero: I use a traffic mod now, mostly to get more traffic, since without, I see it is too little traffic. But the speed is almost the same as without.
Imo it would be possible to adjust the speed in that mod, but howto? Don't know.
