There are so many good keyboard control mods that fix that issue, I use a wheel so I have no idea about those mods. otherwise you can adjust the non-linearity slider in the controls settings (not 100% if these apply to keyboard however.)

In some parts of ProMods the traffic lights are either facing the wrong way and or on the wrong side of the road. The issue seems to be evenly spread throughout the map, but only in ProMods sections.
