It's even possible to make it via the mountain passes with a rigid + trailer but not with a lowbed trailer (scratches the ground at some spots) and with enough fuel .
On std roads, icy sections don't last long so it's just a matter of (a bit of) patience.

The ONF manages forests but they're not involved into logging, hauling or wood processing : they 're only subcontracting logging afaik but I could be wrong

They wrote they will announce the release date next week, not that they will release it next week

Actually it's a weather mod issue (Realistic Graphics)
Climate defs conflicting with Promods.
This mod contains also road looks and lights defs if I remember well : so other possible sources of issues.

"sun_profile" says the final error message and all those dangling pointers about sun profiles.Obviously it is your weather mod that is uncompatible with the Promods climate defs.
If you want a working one , I suggest you try the original IWR6 + IWR6 Promods fix from Sgate and Supric.

Afaik you cannot use Poland Rebuilding (Now Great Poland map ?) and Promods together
