The error about the missing pmc file was there in the previous version too. It's nothing about incompatibilty, just a missing model.
I think the warnings are not because of Southern Region, but because of Rusmap. Test it without SR!

Without your full gamelog nobody could help you.

These materials belong to Rusmap.
A full gamelog should help us more. It could be a damaged archiv, or wrong load order.

I tested it only with Promod, the compatibility with other map mods is not guaranted! The main job was made by SlavikSD, I just complemented it...

At evening I'll test the cities you mentioned above.

There is nothing about crash in you gamelog. Try to drive again to the eaxctly same spot (try it with an other trailer). Sometimes I found random crashes. If I drove there nexttime, there were no crash. However I'm not sure if your loading order is right... If it crashes again, then try with only PM...
