ETS2 Version 1.25 changed how the trailers are handled by the game.
I've got a bug report in the Mantis Bug Tracker regarding this particular trailer.
Hopefully, it will be fixed in a future version.

The Trailer and Company Pack is not compatible with ETS2 version 1.25.
SCS Software made changes to how trailers are handled and this pack needs to be updated to match those changes.
You'll have to wait for the pack to be updated for this issue to be fixed.

That particular trailer is provided by the base ProMods map package and not the TCP trailer pack. I've filed a bug report to Mantis regarding the lack of Advanced Coupling support and a few other issues with it.
