Is it possible to add a City with something like the Peripherique in Paris?

I know, that it won´t be much, but will be something like Ciudad Real added in 2.45 or later?

I also think this would be the most important road. The german developers said it is planned to build the BAB1 near Luxembourg.
And if you drive from Koblenz to Luxembourg at the Moment, you must drive via. Cologne and Liege.

Is there anybody Who is working in France at the Moment? And is it possible to See a Paris rebuild in the near Future?
