To the south of Warsaw, on the S2 there are 2 interchanges that don't have any directional signs. It's not much of a "bug" but still something worth pointing out (at least in my opinion).

Great signs! I think you should stick and be as realistic as possible about the language used on the signs. Don't use English if it isn't really used in Ukraine.
