Found this giant endless whole on my trip.

Hi. I'm have taking a job From Aalborg to Helsinki, and have to take the ferry from Sweden to Turku. When i arrived at Turku my trailer is stuck on the ferry, or it have gone through the floor of the ferry so i can't realy get forward... What can i do, or is it a bug? Hope you guys can help!
