is there any way to get the special transport dlc working the jobs dont show up for me

Dear Promods i have a good suggestion of a city wich is very important for cargo and transport wich is breda because it is in the middle of rotterdam and antwerpen it is a good connection route for truck drivers to go
and it is a beautifull city

really hope to see it in the future
