So I got the Italia DLC and now the game is no longer crashing with Project Balkans in the mod list but the world map does not show any cities in the countries

So I am having issues loading Project Balkans 2.7. I am using all latest files for ProMod 2.25 and RusMap 1.8. Game is also on latest version through Steam.
