Fixed this, moved HQ to Amsterdam from Stockholm. 100% fine.

I had mine in Stockholm, moved everything down to Amsterdam and VOILA! No crashes!

Pretty much the same issue I have!

Just to add onto this, game works 100% fine without Promods on this profile.

Also taken out weather & environment mods as well.

Updated to 2.00, done everything I can think of to try & solve this. Promods works on a fresh profile I can confirm so it must be one mod or so that I use on this profile.
