It´s easy to test it by your own: Install Promods map with the TCP, install SCS TrailerPatch, then drive/fly from Rome to Napoli.....CRASH. Then You can look at Your own game.log.

Using the latest SCS TrailerPatch with Promods-Map/-TCP (2.26 and 2.27) makes the game crashing near/in Napoli!
All other regions of Promods-Map work fine, but if You want to drive to/into Italy, You better don´t use the SCS TrailerPatch.
