Thank you for sharing the loading order. It helps since the order issue confuses me.
This time I follow the order and use all mods from Rusmap to Paris as the list shows.
But the map shift problem still exists.

Did you mean the option "Check this box if you are using Rusmap"?
If yes, I did choose it as I made DEF file.
And I used default settings except the "Vegetation drawing distance" option that I choose "low-spec PC only".

Not sure what you mean. I did not find the checkbox when I generate the ProMods Def file.
I just put the button and the downloading was done.
