It seems there has been a heavy storm and as a result the top of a tree has been submerged into a road.
Requesting a saw or an axe to remove it.

It does not have collision.

There is a dude with a camera breaking several laws of physics and he is ignoring gravity.
Could he be banished from the world for his sins?

I have tried removing the Jazzycat AI Traffic Pack and i've set r_buffer_page_size to 20 and my game didn't crash anymore.

So, i installed Promods and installed some other mods with it aswell. When i'm ingame, i can do my thing for about a minute or 2, but then it just crashes the game and brings me to the desktop. For some reason i am able to download 3 files at once instead of the regular 2.
I'm not using any sort of VPN, so i'm not quite sure how this happens.
