Öland would be so small, it wouldn't be worth the effort.

That's a shame, I've been spending a lot of time customizing my fleet so that I would recognize them if I saw them

Are you using the ingame AA?
The antialiasing in ETS2 is terrible and incredibly demanding.
I personally recommend using FXAA tool. It makes the game prettier while increasing performance.
