Does SR Map 9.0 still need the Garage Fix?

What's the difference between "Road Connection for ProMods 2.50 (by Sergey061)" and "ProMods 2.50 / RusMap 2.2.1 Road Connection [1.38] (by Horizon)" in https://promods.net/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=35575 ?
Which one one is better? Or use both of them?
