Humongous in real life small in ets map :D. Well the city location can be selected from a point of interest but that don't mean nothing in ETS either is a zone industrial or a port or anything else, is more like a connection thru roads and pointed an interest zone. Here is a representation of your city in the size of ETS map. 39 city in your plan is far from possible with the size of map, consider that a city can take a few good pixels on the map, and if you zoomed the max in the map you will see what i say, don't count junction of roads is the same issue like...

Well i got there 2 times one i had a CTD and the other one i survive being able to go thru the tunnel and to escape to that area, don't know what will happen next time. And that is the only way to go on Finland, either you will go to Poland Rebuid think so, didn't try it.

I found another problem, after the Odense at that junction the cars are go in the nether realm is like Bermuda triangle, but i think other junctions have this problem.
