is that the scandinavia dlc ? if so thank you for your help

Downloaded the latest version today, installed everything, followed the instructions. I then launch ETS2 from steam and click edit profile and enable 3 mod files i then click OK and then click load game. The loafing bar gets 3/4 of the way and then crashes.
