Re: Development on version 2.x (British Isles Edition)

If only there was a large resource, like a Web Based interface, lets call it a Website where by the Irish Roads Authority (Who I’ve mentioned before on this thread that I have worked for) would have all this information published. Nah, that would be absolutely crazy! I’ve not said I don’t want Cork ...

Re: Development on version 2.x (British Isles Edition)

There is a consultation to bring the works forward so that there is a finish date of 2025 at the latest mich like the acceleration in Road Building and Infrastructure Works we saw after the financial crash. So by the time Cork is developed on (Bevause these th...

Re: Development on version 2.x (British Isles Edition)

Cork is about to have some very big road building projects start soon IRL. Redesignating the Ring Road as Motorway and a new Motorway heading to Limerick (M22) and an upgrade of the N28 to become M28 from Cork to the port of Ringaskiddy that connects with Roscoff in France. I would prefer to wait be...

Re: Development on version 2.x (British Isles Edition)

We’d need the A303 for that and with the M27 to the south and M4 to the north it would be a question of space.

Re: Development on version 2.x (British Isles Edition)

Thats not all that rare. It’s fairly common that lane drops occur at Junctions on the British Network. Ironically one of the places this occurs is at Almondsbury where both the M4 and M5 have lane drops through the junction. Other places off the top of my head are the Tinsley Viaduct in the M1 J34,...

Re: Development on version 2.x (British Isles Edition)

There are 2 Cloverleaf Junctions in the UK that I can think of, one is in Redditch and the other is in Livingston. I’ll happily stand corrected if there are more but this is not a common design in the UK.

Re: Development on version 2.x (British Isles Edition)

Almondsbury and Catthorpe stand out like a sore thumb, also M62/M1 (Lofthouse IRL) does too but as Leeds isn’t on the Map I don’t suppose it matters a great deal yet.

Re: Development on version 2.x (British Isles Edition)

Norwich and Exeter are fantastic. I love how accurate Splatford Split and M5/J29 are. Plymouth is also dead on accurate.

Re: Development on version 2.x (Austria Rebuilding Project)

When somebody decides to develop Linz it will be developed. You must remember that the Developers can work where they want to work and they work for free.
