It won't be ready for 2.4 as the releases numbers have changed as you probably know. This 2.4 was supposed to be 2.35, so Poznań isn't ready yet. Recently I've been lacking motivation because of problems with my computer (I had constantly getting random BSODs while I was mapping) so it didn't really...

Chełm will definitely be made at some point, as it's on the way to Ukraine. Pictures on first page are PR's old Chełm. It was a city with many bugs so at some point I decided to start fixing stuff, then upgrading some stuff etc, but then we split and there's no Chełm now as we decided not to relase ...
