Just tried it out, clean new driver with just ProMods enabled. Same thing. It seems to happen around the base of the tunnel. Around the garage icon or rather just south of it. This is because when the Bilbao tolls was done, this feature does not exist yet in ETS2. It arrived with the France DLC, which came after ProMods Bilbao. Nice variation of vehicles, I didn't install any cars as of yet. I tried, but can't be bothered if there are little to no customization options added. Got to have some personal touches, haha.
