Western Balkans is next DLC. No chance that DLC after that is neighboring Greece. At earliest, it will be after 2 more DLCs. I'm honestly shocked there is that little interest in completing Greece. Mapping is not that easy as much as u think...areas and cities has to be added step by step so u have to be patient about that.
