Does ProMods 4.41 also require all DLC's or only The Going East and Scandinavia as listed?

Edit: I've found the Site with the needed DLCs for every version.

Hello. Today I tried to install ProMods. The Download, the instalatin and the Unpacking worked well. But when I open the game and select my Profile it keeps crashing. Sadly, I dont't know why.
