I have been in Berlin a few times myself (although last time was 2 years ago), and I do vaguely remember there is a 'tower' that looks like that. Pretty sure it's in East-Berlin

I know that MHAPro adds IKEAs, only problem is that that mod is incompatible with a lot of other great map mods

Best is to check out the official SCS forum. If you go to: American Truck Simulator -> Mods -> Maps, you'll find a perfect load order. However please keep in mind you're now going for a quantity over quality map. Canadream and C2C basically copy and paste bits of the existing map to fill in the rest...
