You can fix (1st image) the missing texture by clicking the (?) blue icon and clicking on red node of the road. Then go to "central shader" or something else and choose an terrain texture.
In the 2nd image there is nothing wrong, that's just an preview of the road.

I put a few map mod into the mod folder and started the editor. When I go into the prefab contents browser the editor crashes. If the map mod are in mods folder, automatically all map models will be imported. Be careful when using models from other mods
