Southern Region no longer works for me with RusMap 2.45, even with MXTrucker's fix (for 2.44 - maybe he'll update this). Well, it does work but the navigation cache will be updated on each start, taking a lot of time. Try this option.. Updating navigation and recalculation at each launch is cured.....

This map won't be updated anytime soon as stated in their VK page. Author is busy with real life and doesn't go online since months
