In your ETS2 Documents Folder, open config.cfg, find r_buffer_size and change it to 30 or 40. (If no r_buffer_size, just put the text).

Ooh a fellow Filipino here, probably a mod conflict, can you post your list of mods?

My guess is that you are using outdated AI traffic mods.
waiting for the game log though...

I have the same experience, but it only occurred to me once.
You just have to wait for the loading to finish, even if it takes a lot of minutes and stops responding (hangs) for a couple of minutes.
