This is a project included within Promods. If you have Promods installed, these areas will be there too. The scope of this project doesn't go further than the Murmansk region.

Looks like your ETS2 still looks for the mod folder somewhere else on your computer. Is your -homedir set correctly in the Steam launch options? When you move your mods into another folder, the game will not automatically know this. Also, your OneDrive has nothing to do with this... Sorry but I thin...

Hmm, that would make sense, considering all the new assets coming with it.

Right click and choose open with ('openen met...' in Dutch). From there you should be able to select 7Zip file manager or WinRAR.

There doesn't seem to be a final error that resulted in a crash but I see plenty of warnings to do with trailers and cargo mods, of which you have a lot, so it's hard to say which one is causing them. You could try removing some of those since the problem is most definitely caused by one of your oth...

This is normal, the in-game background map is slightly off-set from the one in the map editor, causing these misalignments to happen. I personally use this mod which corrects the land a little to adjust to the locations of cities and ports.

Try moving your Promods def file a little further up. To be precise, above the Rusmap road connection file.

I kind of doubt that it's a legitimate game copy... they have all DLC ever released. If I'm wrong, no offence, but that smells fishy.
