You haven't even seen the DLC, right? I am quite sure they will add good stuff to the Baltic DLC area. Usually new Promods cities are better than SCS. ...Well I think that SCS Finland is better than ProMods Southern Finland because the basic intersections added to Southern Finland has lack quality....
