Yup, E45 will come as well, however it will most likely be a while before it happens. All E-roads in Sweden are essentially guaranteed, any other roads and cities are still very much undecided though, I don't want to promise too much. Like Lycksele for instance...

I'm not sure about the exact plans for Norway but for Sweden the E10, E12, E14 and E16 are all planned as cross-routes between the E4 and E6. Those I can say for sure will come.

Completing the E4 is one of the projects with the highest priority right now and it is being actively worked on. The aim is for it to be completed for 2.2
