If you want to get rid of the ridiculous bouncing green things, install this simple mod that replaces it everywhere with a sewer cover:
sewer_mod.scs
The current version has been updated to v1.20 standards to include proper Mod Manager support.

Also, your map files are being loaded randomly. Use the exact order as the appear in the RusMap readme.txt file.
