I don't think it's possible to fix these.

All of those are known issues, apart from the misplaced speed limit signs, which I've now added to the bug tracker. Thank you.

Some places it's correct, others not. I don't know if this can be helped.

Same problem occurs in Tallin, where these road sections are also used. Tracking number added.
