For a TLDR, how was the merge done? Like was it PM Baltics merged into SCS Baltics, or was it SCS Baltics merged into PM Baltics? If it helps explaining it, can you break it down by the countries included in the DLC?

I'm aware that Romania and Bulgaria are already in ProMods and I'm aware that the ProMods Team is planning on removing Romania in favor of SCS's Romania, but what about Bulgaria? Is there going to be a merge there? If so, what is the plan for the merge, merging PM Bulgaria into SCS Bulgaria or mergi...
