I found flying buildings and road. Like somebody deleted terrain under it Many little problems also found in only one drive. But still an enjoyable experience

I'm afraid that your hardware can be just way too weak to handle it. Only 2 cores, only 2 GB RAM and only 512VRAM. It shows some errors about DirectX so I think it's because of your graphic card. Maybe your DirectX is outdated? I suggest a whole new PC anyway, as this mod grows bigger and bigger so ...

Maybe wrong priority. Chosen Alkmaar for starting city and it crashed.

There is no crash in that log... Nothing looks strange for me. It just loads but this log is incomplete, like you stopped/killed the process during loading.
