I don't know if you remember (whoever of you watch Top Gear) but when they were "road testing" the Nissan Pixo, which costed 6995 £, they showed some used cars for that kind of money. I'd rather have those cars that they found than not only the Pixo, but many many modern cars. Was it not ...

Planned cities in Finland are actually : Pori, Vaasa, (Kokkola), Oulu, Tornio, Rovaniemi, Joensuu, Lappeenranta, Kajaani, (Kuusamo) Did you forget Kotka from that list? I had and drove only 4 in line engines. And to be honest i think i have more chance to drive less cylinders than more in the future, it is "downsizing" time with more efficient turbos. I've passed my driving license by Anticipated Learning Driving (Apprentissage Anticipé de la Conduite) in...

follow this path:

def/vehicle/truck/scania.50k_r_high

After you get all parts, and in each files there is some .sii to modifie, open and change the number after "unlock". Save it, repack, job done.
