Do you mean some objects are not appearing in the Content Browser at all?

I wasn't aware you could remove the Editor itself? It's built internally into the game I assumed.

IS there a written guide on how to make my own city name appear? I tried watching videos but it didn't help.

I have a map I just need to define the city so it appears when I test it etc, that's one major thing I need help with.

You are missing the def file, it is critical for using Promods. Go back to download and read the instructions carefully. Make sure you tick the Rusmap or Special Cargo DLC if you use them.

Promods will announce when updates are available for 1.36. As for being worried about payments they do offer a free alternative download method, just means you have to wait a little longer. Just revert to the 1.35.X version on Steam and you can continue playing.
