I'm not using C2C and Canadream because they are low detailed and really boring
I recommand US Expansion and Viva Mexico WITH its add-on Mexico Extremo which is close to promods quality in terms of details.

I heard that due to the change of truck dealers in 1.31, all modded trucks made before this update won't be compatible, and i heard that there is an easy way to fix it manualy (but i can't find any explanation...).

If someone knows how to do it, i'll be thankfull

Last year we had videos of beta version of PM 2.20 in june and the realease was september.
I don't know if they pass the deadline of what will be in 2.30 and what will not, but beta testing can take a few months.
I don't expect a release before this summer, but as usual it's worth waiting
