I think SCS only mentioned Nürnberg getting a substantial rebuild. That is not to say they would leave Kassel or Dresden completely untouched, just like the entrance roads to Berlin and Hannover received facelifts in 1.33.

I reckon the border is SCS Scandinavia DLC, so Kapellskär belongs to this topic. But the Kapellskär to Naantali ferry overlaps with the current Värtahamnen-Turku link, so that surely is a big dilemma for the team.

I reckon that creating Myllymäki beats the purpose of Including Leiri, since Myllymäki already boasts a ridicuolous amount of importance in local retail. On the contrary, I think building the disas/lidl/raja-market facility besides Mustola dock would serve to represent the Russian-supported portion ...

The overwhelming majority of ferries to Tallinn leave from Länsisatama. Vuosaari has ferries to Travemünde and Muuga (freight only). I suppose Länsisatama was selected over Vuosaari for superior architecture and trams.
