Hi.

There's no road barrier driving from Bologna onto the A1 highway in south-eastern direction (marked green).

Everywhere else (including driving A1 from north-west to south-east – marked blue) the barriers are in place.

No, this traffic jam has such volume only 'cause I have waited hoping they would solve the problem themselves.

AI stops right before the road to a factory for no reason and then continues moving, as if there is a STOP sign.

ZelvaCZ, building in the center is quite modern here in Russia, I believe, and therefore is not that widespread.

Building on left is definitely of Soviet origin, so it can be in every country - member of 1955-1991 Warsaw Pact.
