somebody made the joke somewhere that SCS aren't doing spain and portugal because they weren't in promods, and I almost wonder if they are right. I mean part of spain in promods, but I wonder if SCS is trying to compete with promods. I heard one of the former promods devs was hired by SCS to work on...
