That why we know that Gibraltar, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores and Madeira will be coming to ETS2 but NOT, through SCS but rather Promods. Just like Andorra

Ceuta and Melilla, despite they are in african territory, they geographically act as spanish (so european) cities. Like the French Guyana which is 100% EU territory despite Cayenne (capital) being closer to Miami than Paris :lol: But i wish SCS would include the WHOLE Iberian peninsula and wouldn't...
