I agree with you. I really wish they'd start working on Armenia, Georgia & Kazakhstan. Actually people can create their own mapping teams and work on these territories, then they can connect their map to Promods, Rusmap or maybe SCS default map by ferries. For example for Georgia a ferry line b...

It can be done with multiple traffic rules inside each other. But still it has to be done in map editor.
