Try with just ProMods and RusMap. You have a lot of other mods. If you get the plates back then the problem is with the other mods.

As I understand ProMods Devs are busy with their own mod.
It's the creators of other mods' job to find a way to be compatible.

About the latest territories - not really going to be in the add-on version since the scale is different.

We wanted it to work with ProMods before releasing.
