I saw those cows, too. Also ın some places there are extra cows. For example if you enter the road to Kirkenes Dam (the dam on the Russian-Norwegian border), you will see cows but they do not fly

I did it in previous edition but not for this one....

I did not need garage fix.... PM 2.41 + SR 7.9.0 works together perfect.......

The easiest way to make a steering axle: 1. Open chassis folder in the def file, 2. Select which chassis to make changes, 3. Open that file with notepad etc. 4. You will find some texts defining some of the specifications of the truck like fuel capacity, kerb weight, liftable axles ,and steerable ax...
