It seems like your files are located on some OneDrive location. Maybe the assets file has a synchronization error. I highly doubt this is an actual ProMods issue. Please test with ProMods as your only active mod.

This looks to my like a mod conflict issue, not a ProMods one. There is no snow in Kristiansand in ProMods. This is a snow mod issue, not ours.

A particular version of ProMods is not compatible with a older and/or newer version of the game.
