UK has a disgusting amount of speed cameras.. from fixed cameras to mobile ones in vans that sit on top of motorway bridges. I do a lot of driving and I barely see police cars and when I do most police won't care if you're doing 5 or 10 over the limit especially on the motorway but sadly as you know...

We can compromise. There won't be an end to this discussion so to be 100 percent correct on the tolls let's not build any motorways in SLO. Local roads only and then no one will be mad about how the tolls will be implemented because there will no tolls to argue over.
