Repeat the 1st step of the setup/download wizard: http://www.promods.net/setup.php

"Click here to generate your def file" ... this creates a 3rd SCS file which is important for the mod to work.

You have to keep the folder structure and file names inside the SCS file.
Use Nico's link and watch some tutorials

At first step, you could disable all mods listed below the promods files in your profile and test again.
If the game does not crash, enable the mods one by one and check each time which mod causes the crash.

When you open the quick job market, you should be able to see them too.

Just remove the ".zip" extension from the file name (you can do that after creating the file in windows explorer too). Mods are usually named "Filename.scs".

You have to use the "zip" format instead of "rar" and keep the proper folder structure inside the zip file.
